Tennis Academy launches tennis group for people with disabilities:

The John Heuerman Tennis Academy has teamed up with The Avenues Trust to provide a new tennis group for people with disabilities.

The group runs every Wednesday 9.00pm-10.00pm at Sevenoaks Leisure Centre run by Sencio. This is a fantastic new project and we hope to be linking in and providing more opportunities for other disability groups locally.

Cardio Tennis has arrived!

Join us on the following days for our brilliant Cardio Tennis session run by our qualified cardio tennis trainers:

Tuesday mornings 9am-10am at Kemsing LTC

Thursday mornings 10am-11am at Hollybush

Friday mornings 10am-11am at Kemsing LTC

Cardio Tennis is the latest fitness craze from the states and sessions have already been a fantastic success! All standards are welcome is this class so if you want to have fun, play a sport and get a great workout all at the same time come along!
